Returns and Cancellations

Cancellation eligibility, returns, restocking fees, and special-order restrictions may vary by product, manufacturer, and order status.

Any approved return or cancellation must be confirmed by True Spark Lighting Supply in writing. Do not send a product back without written confirmation.

Email support@truesparklighting.com with the order number, product SKU, quantity, and reason for the request. The applicable terms can then be confirmed for that order.

If return eligibility or cancellation rights are material to the purchase decision, request written clarification before submitting the order.
